The compensation range for the role is $12-$18 per hour depending on experience.  Position qualifies for our Telecommuting Program.

Place and receive professional phone calls to support new business and client service initiatives.  A key component of this position is projecting a friendly demeanor and providing professional communications.

  • Provide an excellent first impression 
  • Demonstrate professional phone skills 
  • Handle technical telephone tasks 
  • Accurate data entry following written procedures
  • Special projects and other duties as assigned

Qualified individuals must have a high school degree or equivalent.  Ideal candidate has a bachelors degree and/or prior professional office experience.  Must be capable of passing background check.
