The compensation range for the role starts at $15 per hour and qualifies for our Telecommuting Program.

Place and receive professional phone calls to support new business and client service initiatives.  A key component of this position is projecting a friendly demeanor and providing professional communications.

  • Provide an excellent first impression 
  • Demonstrate professional phone skills 
  • Handle technical telephone tasks 
  • Accurate data entry following written procedures
  • Special projects and other duties as assigned

Basic requirements include a high school/equivalent degree and capable of passing a background check.  Ideal candidate has a bachelors degree and/or prior professional office experience.
